I made 3 mini loaves of banana bread & luckily it did turn out yummy but my hubby likes it on the wet side, extra moist. How can I achieve that? Just don’t bake as long? Or is it something in the preparation? Thank you!!!

im trying to make cream cheese spirals(for the first time) and the directions said to cream the cheese , butter and sugar, then mix in the flour.. then roll out, shape and add the filling.. so while the cheese butter and suger were mixing in the electric mixer, i slowly added the sifted flour.. but now it doesnt look like a dough :S.. the mixture is soft and squishy not firm and rubbery.. an it cant roll because its not together.. i followed every thing.. unless proberbly i was supposed to knead in the flour .. i even put the mixture in the fridge but its still the same.. and its breaking..not dughy like its supposed to be.. what should do? .. please hellp..
.. thanks
I will be having an open house soon and would like the house to smell fabulous. My husband and I both love the smell of baked bread, but I have never baked bread in my life. What kind of baked bread smells delicious and lasts a long time. If you have a tried and true recipe that would be wonderful if not, its ok I am sure I can find a recipe as long as I have the name of the bread.
Thanks,
If anyone has any delicious smelling dessert recipes, I would be more than happy to try.
[Pour two bowls of cold water. Leave one to stand and run a
mixer through the other for some (measured) time intervals.... Compare the temperture of the two ?]
I moved and lost my pizza dough recipe, and am making pizza tonight! I can remember what is in it, but not how much. You mix yeast, sugar, and warm water together.( i think it was 1/3 water or 3/4 water)
Then mix flour ( i think it was 1 cup and 3/4[or 1/3] flour) and salt together. Then mix it all together and kneed for two minutes, then bake for ten minutes…..
Soooooo if any body has that recipe that would be nice, or if anyone has any other recipes that are fast no-rise, and has everything in measurements ( because i don’t have packs of yeast i just have a jar of it) that would be great!!!!
Thanks!!! ![]()
Oh yeah I forgot,lol.
I don’t have a drivers license yet, so i cant go to the grocery store to by frozen pizza dough sooo…
And i also don’t care if the recipe is healthy, but if it is that wouldn’t hurt.
