Help making a cake from a recipe, problems, cake firmness, white choco cream and…?
…sticking, ASAP, for tomorrow
Help I have a recipe for a cake I tried to make and it came out terrible. I want to try it again for the xmas party tomorrow but I need to fix 2 parts of it!!! I am certain I followed the recipe exactly!

First the cake was too soft….
How do I make it more firm?
Also I had a problem with the White chocolate layer it was wayyyyyy
too thin, and it melted even after cooling it for double the time the recipe asked for, (essentially the part that ruined it the most.) —
could this be from too much cream? It was fine before I added all that heavy cream!
Please help Asap, I have to start today, to prepare for tomorrow 12pm
oh yea I also had a problem with the cake sticking to the pans
geez I also realize the frosting came out too sugary in texture, not marshmallowy like the recipe, bt could that be because I don’t have a stand mixer?
